Two of several goals were met by Shepherd University’s football team on Saturday when the Rams routed Bloomsburg 55-10 in a regular-season home schedule on Senior Day/Military Appreciation Day at Ram Stadium.

First, and foremost, Shepherd (9-0 overall, 6-0 for Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference) captured the league’s East Division title, earning the Rams a spot in the PSAC championship game in two weeks. Second, the Rams go a perfect 5-0 at home for the regular season.

“Clinching the PSAC East was one of our goals we set this season,” Shepherd coach Ernie McCook said on Saturday. “We got a good win today.”
