Angelica was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, mother and friend.  She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul. If you were lucky enough to be called her friend you were one for life.

Angelica Lyn Boyd, 37, of Charles Town, WV passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.

She was born on April 26, 1984 in Martinsburg, WV, the daughter of Karl and Angel L. Boyd.

Angelica “Jelly” was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul and a laugh that you couldn’t forget.

Angelica loved watching Dirty Dancing, Grease, Titanic, The Breakfast Club and many other love movies.  If you were around, she would make you sit down and watch these movies with her over and over.

Most of all she loved and adored her children, they were her world. When she gazed into her children’s faces, the pure joy radiating from her would blind you.

Jelly loved her soul mate Brandon Andrews with every piece of her heart.  Brandon was her world and watch out anyone because if you looked at him the wrong way, you would get the Jelly stare.

She is preceded in death by her grandmothers: Dolores E. Breeden & Laura J. Boyd; Aunt Candy Linaburg; Uncle Wayne Linaburg; Cousin “like a sister” Fresca A. White and Best Friend “Brother” Chad Walden.

Angelica “Jelly” is survived by her parents Karl and Angel Boyd, loving children, Xavier M. Escobar, Amya R. Escobar & Austin T. Escobar, Pappy:  Benny Breeden, Fiancé:  Brandon Andrews; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and longtime best friends.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Jelly will keep smiling down on us all.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 31, 2021 at 9:45 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Elder Phill Pollard officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. prior to the service.

Following the service, procession will take place to Pleasant View Memory Gardens and the repast will be held at Lions Center located at 308 S. George St., Ranson, WV 25438.
