Brian Joseph Longerbeam, 51, of Gerrardstown, WV passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019 at his residence.

Born February 25, 1968 in Ranson, WV, he was the son of the late Granville Longerbeam, Sr. and Mary Byers Longerbeam.

Brian played golf and was an avid bowler for the Misfits Team at Northside Lanes. He enjoyed the beach, fishing and watching wrestling.

He is survived by his loving wife of 11 years, Jackie, at home; two daughters, Kelsea Longerbeam of Middleway, WV and Brianna Longerbeam, at home; two grandchildren, Dylan Casey Longerbeam and Nathan Brian Longerbeam; one sister, Faye Jewell and husband, Jack; two brothers, Granville “Hutch” Longerbeam, Jr. and wife, Marie and Thomas “Boot” Longerbeam, mother-in-law, Nola Jackson and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to parents, he was preceded in death by sister-in-law, Sharon Chapman Longerbeam.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Rev. Bucky Chapman officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.

The family would like to suggest attendees dress casually, in golfing attire or beachwear.
