Morris “Dicky” Tarman, II, 59, of Kearneysville, WV passed away Monday March 8, 2021 at the Hospice Inpatient Facility in Kearneysville, WV.

Born January 14, 1962 in Harpers Ferry, WV, he was the son of the late Morris Tarman, Jr. and Mary M. Tarman.

He was of the Christian faith. Dicky was a master carpenter, an avid fisherman and loving grandfather.

He is survived by three daughters, Marsha Tarman and husband, Jereme Stanley of Shepherdstown; Mary McQuillan and husband, Paul of Newport News, VA; Melinda Calogero of Martinsburg; two sons, Morris Tarman IV and wife, Kandy of Westminster. MD; Mark Tarman of Martinsburg; four sisters, Wanda Hardy and Alicia Fogle of Harpers Ferry, Barbara Edwards of Middleway; Margaret Setzer of Richmond, VA; one brother, Phillip Fogle of Frederick, MD and eleven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Carol Barbour and Donna Lily and one grandchild.

Services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV with Rev. Bucky Chapman officiating.

The family received friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6-8 p.m.
