Tammy Lynn Turner, 50, of Kearneysville, West Virginia passed away at Berkeley Medical Center on September 4, 2021.

Tammy was born on August 9, 1971 in Charles Town, WV. She was the daughter of Don Turner and Virginia (Jenny) Kranenburg.

She was a Class of 1989 graduate of Jefferson High School. She worked as the office Manager of McKinney’s Auto Service and Towing, Ranson, WV, and was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 948. 

Tammy is survived by her longtime companion and love of her life, Butch McKinney of Kearneysville, WV; two sons; Mathew Ryan McKinney and wife Erica of Kearneysville; (Maddox and Maddison), and Scott McKinney and financé Eileen of Connecticut, her sister Karla Hanes (Dana) of Kearneysville, and two nieces Lauren and Tori and one great-nephew Lukas.

A graveside service will be Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV with Pastor Tim Robinson officiating. 

Memorial contributions are asked to be made to Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County, P.O. Box 147 Charles Town, WV 25414.
