It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dearly loved one, Kenny Watson. He passed away peacefully at Winchester Medical Center on October 5, 2021. He was the son of the late Nelson and Nancy Weller Watson.

He is survived by his wife of twenty years, Kelley Stokes Watson, daughter Jennifer and husband John Gilmore, one son, Jerry L. Boyd, Jr., and one grandson, Nicholas E. Gilmore. 

Also surviving are two sisters, Karen Jackson and Charlie Peyton, Kathy M. Watson and Jason Welsh, one nephew, Trevis Carr, and two nieces, Molina Fox and Zana Holmes. Also surviving are two close friends, Bobby Dillow and Kenny Hunter, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A private family service will be held on October 28 at Fellowship Bible Church, at 3217 Middle Rd., Winchester, VA, at 1:00 pm. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date for both family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your charity of choice in memory of Kenny and/or to Fellowship Bible Church.
