Delores entered this life on August 17, 1946, and entered eternity on April 9, 2020.
She owned and operated a Senior Care Facility for many years helping countless seniors.
She also owned and operated several furniture stores, and also a restaurant back in the 1980’s.
She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She loved and was deeply loved by her family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred M. Alger, father, James Unger, also a step-father of many years Kenneth E. Alger, one sister, Linda Diane Bryant, and one brother Howard Wayne Alger.
She is survived at home by her husband, Donald Jenkins, and one daughter, Sandra Sue Palmer and husband Rick Palmer, of Shenandoah Junction; one grandson, Brandon R. Palmer and wife Amber, of Martinsburg, one granddaughter, Ashley N. Palmer and husband Jorge, of Shenandoah Junction; five great-grandchildren, Alexis M. Palmer, Jacob L. White, Mary E. Palmer, Miley G. Palmer and Xander Palmer; one great-great-grandson, Grayson Milano.
In addition she leaves her sister, Janet E. Breeden and husband Pete, of Ranson, sister, Patricia Hough, of Martinsburg, brother, James Unger and wife Christine, of Martinsburg, and brother, Kenny Alger and wife Donna, of Ranson, and many nieces and nephews.
Her interment will be private and a memorial service is being planned at a later date with Pastor B.G. Turner officiating.
