Code 38-1-4, in which bidding shall resume at the last highest bid given.  In the event of a surplus  of such sale, the mortgagors and noticed junior lienholders are hereby on notice that if such surplus is less than Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), then the Substitute Trustee will disburse those proceeds to the most senior interest holder as it sees fit, unless an objection is made in writing.

The Trustees do not guarantee or represent that the boundaries described above are accurate, are not encroached upon, or that any particular structure located on the property is contained within the described boundaries. Notice is hereby given that there will be an election held in the City of Charles Town, West Virginia on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the Charles Town City Hall located at 101 E. NOTICE is hereby given that the Corporation of Shepherdstown, a public entity, has adopted by ordinance on January 12, 2021 a tariff containing increased rates, tolls and charges for furnishing water service to 1784 customers within the corporate limits and outer areas of Shepherdstown in the County of Jefferson.

The proposed increased rates and charges will become effective no sooner than 45 days following the adoption date of January 12, 2021 unless otherwise ordered by the Public Service Commission and will produce approximately $72,000 annually in additional revenue, an increase of 5%.   The average monthly bill for the various sizes of meters will be changed as follows:
